Warranty Service

Kindly note that for brand new, 100% original miners, the warranty period is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory’s policy, starting from the production date.

1. For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.

2. During the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for repairs, as well as any applicable customs duties.

3. For miners out of warranty, if the unit needs to be returned to the factory, the customer will bear all logistics, customs clearance, and maintenance costs.

  • If you have software problems, please contact our online customer service for support. We can provide remote assistance to help resolve these issues.
  • If you have hardware problems, please contact us and send the machine to our repair center.

Important: After the repair, we will provide a time-stamped video (or similar proof) showing that the machine is working normally. This proof will serve as the official handover record. The 7-day warranty begins from the date shown in that proof. If the same issue occurs again within 7 days, we will repair it free of charge. If the issue occurs after 7 days, it will be treated as a new repair and charged accordingly.

The Paceminer Service Center is staffed by experienced experts who are familiar with all models of ASIC miners on the market. If necessary, they are ready to provide you with professional help and repair your mining equipment. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the device to our center for repair. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage to the equipment due to misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or physical damage due to improper operation.

1. Transportation costs and all other costs (if any) about the return of a product shall be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

2. The period of repair shall depend on the type of problems encountered.

3. To check the warranty period, you can go to the warranty inquiry section of the website of ASIC miner manufacturers such as Bitmain and WhatsMiner and enter the serial number (SN).
